PROS
Great communication from them.
Convenient.
Shows total cost instead of guessing shipping amount.
CONS
Took exactly two weeks for me to get my stuff (ordered Jan 2, received Jan 16 at night) which is slower than DHL but the same speed as Aramex.
Prices are sometimes higher than just shipping with DHL/Aramex.
OVERALL
If it’s going to take as long as Aramex and cost more, might as well just order online myself and get it shipped through Aramex. But you do get stability in pricing and convenience.
